About Me
Choreographer, dancer, musician, artistic director. In my work i create a choreography for a human encounter, and develop mechanisms and strategies to avoid the politics of identities. In the dancing body I search for common elevation.
Artistic management
Between 2019-2022 I served as the director of the art workshop Ramat Eliyahu.
This workshop is a multidisciplinary center for arts and community, established in Yavne (1978) by a group of artists who graduateds from 'Bezalel' Academy of Art, in reaction to the complex social reality in Israel. In 1989 the center moved to its current location in the Ramat Eliyahu neighborhood, Rishon Lezion, where it maintains a tradition of activity at the crossing of contemporary art and education.
The center functions as a creative space for the local community and schools, and as a cultural center hosting exhibitions, performances, festivals and special events.
As part of my job I started up an artist-residency program, contemporary art gallery, Booth Gallery - a platform for art display in the public space,
and yearly art festivals, presenting projects by the center's artists-in-residence. Most of works arise from a collaboration with local community artists.
